Book Review: It Had to Be You by Janice Thompson

"The weeks before Rosa and Laz's big day flew by at warp speed. Before long, everything was running together in my head. And I'd never heard so much swing music in all my life! Rosa and Laz played it around the clock, listening to tunes that kept my toes tapping. Every song made me want to get up and dance. But who had time to dance? There were dresses to order, centerpieces to make, linens to press. The workload kept my fingers flying." It Had to Be You, pg 29.

Bella Rossi has her hands full with the wedding facility and a multitude of upcoming weddings, the first of which will be for her Aunt Rosa and Uncle Laz. When the house fills with family from Italy, and an old mobster friend from New Jersey, life gets a little complicated. Bella's up to her ears in wedding preparations, but will she ever get a chance to get ready for her own wedding that is just around the corner?

It Had to Be You is the third and final book in Janice Thompson's Weddings by Bella series. I've really enjoyed getting to know the Rossi clan in these humorous and lighthearted books. It Had to Be You follows the same feel as the first two books, but adds a nice finish to Bella's ongoing love story with DJ Neeley.
